Ryan, the manager is so rude and arrogant he has no way of talking to people, he assumes without getting clarity on a matter. He found every excuse to refund which was done in 1 min, but did not take a few mins to assist his clients. He has no way of talking to people, he thinks we are uneducated and he can insulted his clients, this is totally unacceptable.
