Rude employees

What a horrible experience I have had trying to make a simple booking for a group of 8 pensioners. I first spoke to the manager Girshin Govender who confirmed the booking. 10 mins later I was called by a Mpume Maphumalo who was so rude to my mother she gave me the phone and we got no where and then hang up! I called back to find out what’s going on next thing Promise picks up who states she’s the manager and states we have no booking! Then gives the phone to someone else who then says his Thembinkosi and says why am I shouting what’s wrong with me how’s my day going since I’m shouting! All in all I have no clue how Billy G is being runned it’s just messy and no sense of direction and rude employees!!!!
