Rude!

<p>went to montecasino today 31 August to take my kids to the movies . I was at the popcorn counter and this rude lady was serving us. I asked her not to put ice and she looked at me with that face like she is about to slap me. I asked her if there was a problem and she says no with attitude again . I address it with her and tell her that I don't expect such customer service from monte casino hat income to all the time. All this time the manager is right there and does not say a word. I asked for the manager and he says she is my best person - even the apology from the manager was like no she wasn't wrong. If this is the customer service from Monte casino I won't be coming here. Yes I might just be one customer who doesn't come and mine they don't care but this is very disappointing from montecasino. </p>
