**Review of Monte Casino - A Disappointing Experience**

I recently visited Monte Casino for a date night on September 23, 2024, and my experience was far from what I had hoped. We paid for "secure parking," expecting a safe environment for our vehicle while we enjoyed the evening. However, when we returned about three hours later, we discovered our car had been broken into, and several valuable items were ******.

What was even more disheartening was the response from Monte Casino management. They informed me that they take no responsibility for the incident and, shockingly, there are no cameras in the parking area to even investigate how this could have happened. When I reached out to management for assistance regarding a public liability claim, I was met with refusal. They insisted it was my personal issue to resolve, without offering any support or accountability.

For a venue that prides itself on security, this lack of concern for patrons is quite disappointing. It’s hard to reconcile the reputation of a renowned casino with the reality of such inadequate protection for visitors. I expected more from Monte Casino, and I certainly won’t be returning after this experience. Consider this a cautionary tale for anyone thinking of visiting.
