Reservation.

I'm not happy with Billy G Customer service at Sun coast.

I made reservations on Monday the 8the the reservation was for Friday the 12th my dad's birthday.

The Reservation was for 14 people. Firstly the person I spoke to on the phone was very rude. No customer care at all I dnt know how they hire they people or train them.

Secondly the lady calls again on the 12th to confirm if we are still coming or not I confirm that yes we are coming.

The time slot was for 6pm to 9pm

So due to that most of the people were coming from work I explained to the lady that we won't make it by 6 probably around 6:30 to 7pm

I call them at from 6:20pm cz I sow that we will be late trying to confirm that we are still coming but we running abit late.

No one answered.

We get there they tell us that they dnt have seat for us unfortunately it's very busy so they wouldn't be able to fit 14 people in

Mind you I'm walking on sticks coz I broke my ankle the lady was rude not even remorseful.

No one apologized to us was told to stand in the line, they will serve the smaller group of people then attend to us last.

I'm really not happy with everything that happened. Well we ended up leave.
