Poor Service

<p>It's very disappointing to go to a restaurant and they refuse to serve you water. I asked for tap water and apparently they do not serve water to clients. THEODORA the manager in charge says that it is the company's policy not to serve water to client and they even refused if I go out to buy my own water and bring it to the restaurant. The service at Billy G in welkom is very poor and I am highly disappointed, what kind of a restaurant doesn't serve their customers water. Water is everywhere, the taps in welkom has overflowing water and it's the complany's policy not to serve tap water. </p>
