Poor customer service by night manager at the movies at monte 25 Feb 2023

Extremely disappointed and disgusted with the way in which we were treated by specifically the night manager (white gentleman I didn't get his name)

We were excited to watch the antman movie tonight and got to the movies early to make it on time, we did not realise the age restrictions was 13. And we had our 2 kids with us 10 and 5.

We were treated like we took our kids to a bar or an adult place. We were surprised because my kids watched black panther in the same cinema. Tho we were maybe in the wrong for not checking the age restriction.

No consideration was taken for the face that we booked a 3D movie, no customer service was given to us, we had to ask what happens to our ticket etc,

The manager spoke to me as if I was a bad parent and I broke the law. Let's be honest cinemas only attract customers to the big movies and not the rest, we have many streaming services, to pay for tickets and receive disrespect and poor treatment, yet we could have respectfully been told you can't enter the movie and what's the steps to help us redeem our money or change the service, my husband had to ask, we were treated like the answer is no and go figure out the rest. I will never go back there!!!! In this day and age how you treat people is so important, he gave me the feeling that he is a autocratic person, with no customer service!!!! People were looking at us.
