PIETER TORIEN THEATRE - NO SERVICE

I have been trying to book tickets at the Pieter Torien Theatre. ON their Advert email that they sent us, they give us 2 numbers to contact and neither are contactable. The one is no longer in use ( so why include it in the advert) and the other is constantly busy. I even went to the theatre to book the tickets only to find it closed. How do they run a successful business????
