Pathetic service!

This place is a joke, they take your money, then tell you as a parent you can't let your child in cause they say the movie is restricted but it is Parental guidance which means it is my choice. Then refuse to let us in, there is no decent other movies, made out like it was a mission to refund and then when we went to the movie we chose got threatened to be taken out by security by the manager. However on numerous occasions the manager previously had let us in no issues when this came up. Double standards and absolutely poor attitude. No wonder movies are not coping. This is pathetic and no consistency and this isn't the only complaint like this. Lets see if we actually get a response to this pathetic excuse of a service provider!
