Pathetic customer service

I wish I could give your casino a 0 because that's what u deserve. I am constantly shocked by the service and manner in which you treat your patrons. I have seen people have 4 machines locked at the same time but when I went to ask for an additional card yesterday I was told no! I have had a terrible experience at your casino where I leg my machine with my chair up and a card inside and when I came back someone was sitting on my machine on a bonus after I put 18k into the machine.. I get no free play yet I use my card so often. I'm really disgusted u should take some pointers from sun international the best casinos in south africa
