Palazzo- Monte Casino bad service

Sjoe what bad service from their restaurant staff- in fact no service at all, waited 49 minutes just for our order to be taken, had to ask twice for someone to take our order, waitress was more concerned about the menu getting wet from the rain than actually giving us service!!... disappointing would never bring my business partner there ever again- how embarrassing!!
