Ocean Basket nightmare

My friend and I went to Ocean Basket last night for dinner and I must say, I was really displeased and dissatisfied with Ocean Basket... Firstly the cutlery was just laying on the floor and all the waiters just walked passed it, which is really unhygienic, the chairs were just left haphazardly in the middle of the walk way. As for the food, the chips were hard as rock and flavorless, the calamari was rubbery, which was just awful. To top it all off, we were told that on public holidays and the night before a public holiday there is no discount if you have a Monte card which is really strange because we haven't heard of it ever before, they said that it was a rule from Monte casino, I went to the casino help desk and the staff there are so efficient and helpful, the lady even went with me to Ocean Basket to get the issue sorted out, just a pity that I don't know her name...

After she had left, the managers were trying to sort out the discount which took like 10 minutes..

After this horrible experience I don't think I would be returning to Monte casino restaurants.. With Monte there is a level of excellence that is expected and I really didn't receive that from the restaurant last night.
