No Service and Bad Attitude

I went to Monte today. I am medically boarded with terminal illness and thought I will go to Monte just to relax and get my mind off things. Firstly I had a problem with my card and all the money I was playing did not register on my card. Now they can't fix it and I must just accept it. Then you get messed around to go from here to there climbing stairs, not taking disabled people into consideration. No Service or Help at all!!<br> <br> I think it is time for me to go to a different casino - and take my business elsewhere!!!!
