NO FREEPLAY?

Raise your game - monte advised that for every 50 entries into the draw you get R1000 freeplay. I receive my first mile stone. I reached the mile stone again for last week's draw and still no freeplay. I even hit my mile stone for the next draw. I have been to the help desk 3 time since Thursday and they keep telling the system needs to update. isn't the whole point of the freeplay is to use it on draw night? I always thought of monte in the most up regard with your world class service. I am very disappointed. please will someone advise
