disappointed once again.Please find out which ticket lady [email protected] this evening@the entrance 11 ticket area.my dad handed her his ticket&asked which cinema they were in.hes 60&so is my mum,they did not have their glasses on_i was behind them&witnessed this myself.the lady ignored him.she gave him the slip&he sked again.she then answered him after the 3rd tym.he told her that is what I was asking&walked into the doorway.she then shouted U HAVE2SHOW ME UR TICKET!U MUST SHOW ME THE TICKET 1ST!&she yelled down the corridor every 1looked, this ws so embarrassing&disrespectful.i dnt know wat gt into her really! my dad then walked bk&told her in a normal tone,when i asked u u dint answer.then she screams:i know I know my job!i know how 2do my job.u hv2show me ur ticket! !!<br> i dnt understand wat was wrong because he gave her the tickets in her hand then asked.i am revolted&disgusted.my 60yr old parents do not deserve2b treated like this just4asking4assistance??she acted as if shes doing them a favour. even if she dint hear,that's not the way2spk2any1.shes in customer service!they were embarrassed&disregarded&i dnt think that is hw u shud b treating loyal customers. im horrified!call me!
