Movies@Monte ********** and no help after

<p>We decided to go watch a movie at Monte Casino, we used the online booking site and I used my Tsogo Sun loyalty card for the first time to get a discount. The tickets where R126 for 3, not bad we thought so decided to compare the normal price without the loyalty card. Only to see it was R90 for 3, when asking at the movies we told it's 50% off the entire month of Aug, we where told to email or call HQ to assist as they can't and we shouldn't have used the card, but it shouldn't have overcharged us anyway. I have done this and get told it's a promo and it says during a 50% off special we must'nt use the loyalty card unless it's the black one. But nowhere does it say it's a special in Aug so do not use your card to pay. When sent a follow up on Thursday to explain why it still charges normal price and why there is no message saying it is 50% off for Aug, I am still waiting for an answer. This is not service at all and means even if it is cheaper to go to Monte, with service like this, I am going to go back to Sterkinekor and NuMetro. Maybe this email will get a proper response and actual feedback from them, but I highly doubt it with there level of service to date. Hopefully this also helps others who have been caught out by this not get overcharged and said oh well your problem. I will be taking this matter further.</p>
