Movies @ Monte terrible experience

Today was the worst experience I've ever had at your movies!! Most of the ticket booking station machines were not working. There were 3 cashiers for snacks with queues going for miles. Then we were not allowed to swop out sweets for chocolates with the combo (but last week we could). I had to pay extra for astros but was not allowed to buy the small box because if you buy extras on the combo you have to buy the giant size astos. What the heck is that about?? There was no butter spice anywhere, no salt and vinegar spice anywhere. It was an absolute disgrace and will never ever go back there for a movie! I spent R650 today for a 1 star experience!
