Montecasino movies

If I could rate Montecasino Movies customer care less than one,I would.

I have been trying to get ahold of them for nearly two days for a refund to my tickets I have bought in advance, but was unable to attend it the night.

They answered the phone once and then put it down after I asked to be refunded for the movie I have not attended.

Worst service ever.
