Monte Casino took my cash but couldn’t help me propose

So I Contact Monte Casino Guest relations and day I need there help. I met my girlfriend of 8 years at Skoobs in Monte Casino. I now want to propose to her and have the idea of doing this in the old skoobs site, which has since closed down. Being a place that I have spent tons of time and and thousands of rands at over many many years I expected them to atleast try to make a plan for our big moment. The response I got was that sorry they store things in the site and they can’t help. So two things here: 1. I specifically said I just need a little space to propose, 2. Atleast offer my another spot or idea in Monte! If Guest relations actually lives up to their title they would be guest centric and realize their is a thing called NPS and sometimes Guests do come before profits. Needless to say, they didn’t care and probably won’t bother to read this or reply. So everyone please know, they will take your cash but offer you nothing!
