Monte Casino tellers giggling at customers

I trust that you are all well.

I would like to bring to your attention of my incident that occurred on the early hours of the morning on the 28th of January 2017. It has been a week now that this since this incident took place at about 02h00 - 02h20.)

You welcome to check your cameras.

I was in the smoking casino, (.the bigger casino), standing at the tellers in the line to cash 3 one hundred rand chips. I was my turn to go to the teller, however the guy that was standing at the teller next to where I was supposed to go, almost blocked the path for me to go to the available teller.( It was the way in which he was standing, so when I passed him, I sort of touched his back a bit, of which I then said sorry, and moved to the available teller next to him. This guy was also cashing next to me, with a rather longer conversation with the teller. He then said to me that he has a rather huge butt, therefore I sort of walked onto him, and so I just said yes I can see that, and continued with my cashing. I cashed and just walked away, when I heard the guy asking the teller that I was at, how much did I cash, and the amount was mentioned. And so your both tellers and the guy(customer) were all "giggling about it, and says oh only R300 she cashed!" I went back to the teller that I was at, and I said to him that it is not funny what they are doing, as, even if I cashed R10, it is my money, I am allowed to cash any amount that I want. Further your tellers have no business in making customers fools with other customers.Unprofessional behaviour displayed by your staff. They do realise that it is through people gambling , they are behind those tills. If you look at the hours before and my play, I did cash out enough. These were the chips I was taking from my husband to cash. Anyways, the tellers are similar to when you walk inside the bank, they do not discuss one customers issues with another. I told your tellers that I will advise Monte Casino of their rude behaviour. The cash desk manager on duty at the time was Siyanda, I did speak to him, all he said that he was sorry. He himself mentioned that he could see how upset and irrate I was. Indeed I was very upset, and believe me, I still am. Its a pity I was unable to go home immediately, as my husband Attish Jaganath was still gambling at the tables.

Hopefully, for the future this kind of ********* behaviour with your staff does not occur again. I am South African, imagine if they did this to tourists? Monte is my place of gambling, as I previously come from kZN, and I used to gamble at Suncoast. ( not once did I experience this kind of behaviour at Suncoast)

Your tellers names are as follows: Mpho Thupe and Kelebogile Mphahlele
I am still very very upset, I think you will be able to notice this by my long email.

Kind Regards
