Received an call from guest relations to confirm the tickets. I confirmed for Sunday 3 November but did not receive any email as promised. I started phoning guest relations just to be transferred for more than an hour! The tickets would have cost me more if I'm adding my phone bill!! .. Guest realations "Supervisor" BRENDA kept declining my call on Saturday 2 November from 3pm.

Yes it's indeed a **** and very disappointing from a place like Monte Casino!!!!!
