MONTE CASINO IS NOT SAFE AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT OUR SAFETY.

My brother and I spent most our time together at Monte Casino, we always had the greatest times there, but soon I realized what a unsafe and horribly managed Casino it is. We were there for the Chicago performance on the weekend of the 10th & 11th May. After spending our absolute entire day at the casino... From drinking something here and just eating a little starter there just to try out all the restaurants we finally watched our show and afterwards we found ourselves having dinner , we then decided it was time to go back to the City Lodge hotel where we were staying. While booking an Uber we were ****** and luckily they only got away with my brother's phone. The security that was there saw the struggle and heard my scream but absolutely no assistance was given not even an attempt. Followed by the armed security and police they were still of no help. I requested the manager of Security known as Themba. What a rude man, after the traumatic experience and asking me to repeat the story his attitude made it very clear he is in no actual interest. Because of all the questions by this rude man we missed our Uber as I asked for a ride back to the hotel he wanted me and my brother to walk accompanied by his men in the middle of the night after they couldn't even protect me on their grounds. After finally becoming rude only then I got a reaction from them and we got a ride home with their armed security. I wanted compensation as my brother's brand new samsung s10 + was ****** worth more or less at R20 000. Nothing will be able to take away our fear and nothing will reverse the traumatic experience. But i want justice for the neglegance of security. They know everyone stands outside waiting for Ubers after gambling and possibly having won money. Why were the armed guards not there!? I phoned the following Tuesday after finally being over the shock I spoke to a manager named David, he promised to get back to me before the Friday of the 17th of May. They never got back to me!!!!! I phoned him again on the Saturday he promised to phone me back within 10 minutes with their conclusion /solution. What a lie. I'm waiting until today . Monte Casino I will not leave it here. I want some compensation I'm not joking, this is unacceptable. You pay the armed guards for a night shift so why can't they do their job and be on duty for the PEOPLE - who BY THE WAY SUPPORTS THE CASINO' S - safety. My family and I always looked for an excuse to go to Monte... Every occasion that needed celebration lead us to the casino. We are a group of 26 who usually goes there together, after this experience and the way we were treated I don't think I'll ever go there again. It is not safe. It is not a family place. They do not care about us , they just want the money. I will spread the news and my experience as far as I can.
