We at Billy G at monte Casino as I am typing this.... The samp was not cooked enough The spicy rice was not cooked The pork chop was hard hard The ice cream I can't even describe it 😩 Took my mom for her birthday but not happy... As a professional chef I'm not happy at all

The service was exceptional 👏 👌 Our waiter and the team very friendly 👏

I'd literally come back to support the team here Hopefully next time we enjoy the food
