Management at magic company is beyond pathetic

Last night my son had been playing and won quite a few tickets at the Magic company, once done he put his tickets into the feeder got a redemption slip and proceeded to the prize giving counter only to be told by the manager on duty (between 7 & 10pm) that the tickets were expired, confused he questioned the as to how could it be expired, She asked him to leave the premises or she threatened to call security bearing in mind that this child is 13 years old, so scared and afraid my son found a staircase in magic company and sat aside and called me, upon my arrival I see the sadness, tears and fear in him and he told me in a tearful voice that they took his tickets, so I asked him to show me the person who in fact turned out to be the manager, when I asked about the issue she Became defensive and then realized some how she was wrong, she went into office to get my tickets slips which I requested so I could see expiration dates but returned with tickets to put into feeder, and then realized that the machine in fact was faulty. How the heck does have anything to do with my son and further more she threatened him with security.
