I am writing to you because I have called your HR twice and your general line twice and no one is putting me through to management and my calls are being cut.

I am appaulled at monte casino main floor slot managerial side. I have been a black card member of your casino for over decades and I witnessed many graphic incidents. This morning at around 7am or later ( cannot remember) an Indian lady ( player) was screaming by the piazza entrance at another 2 Indian players. I witnessed this elderly indian lady say " I will k!ll you" at least she said it 10 times..I approached the security to handle the situation as I was a victim before too of abuse from another elderly indian lady who hit me in my chest. Management said they banned her but that was a false statement as I saw the lady there a few days after. In no way am I being ****** towards Indians and my rights remain reserved but both occasions this seems to be Indians that are extremely aggressive at your casino. That elderly lady even bad mouthed me today. So I get slapped on my chest hard and monte ( an Indian lady manager) did nothing about it when they looked at the footage they had agreed she was to be banned. This was all false as I still see that lady. Today another one says il k!ll you several times is okay for monte to keep letting her play there.

Not only do you NOT answer your phones but your security is not secure for us players at all.
