Lunch at Billy G, Montecasino

My husband and I were taken there on Sunday 23 July 2023 by my husband's sister and brother-in-law for our birthday lunch and it was awful. The plate warmer was broken so the plates were stone cold and I was told that Maintenance do not work on Sundays which I get but how long had it been broken for? 90% of the food was cold and when I told the staff they said they'd turn the temperature up o the food warmers. Also, a botlle of Sauvignon Blanc wine was ordered and that was out of stock. Our waiter did not tell us that but brought a bottle of Stein instead and opened it and poured it for us without asking if we were happy with that which shows a dismal lack of staff training. When we spoke to the Manageress she said she'd talk to the staff. Too late, we won't be back!
