I called the restaurant on a Thursday to make a booking for Saturday night, on Friday I call just to confirm. .however on Saturday evening when I get there the guy at the door keith says sorry I dont have booking for you,an I insist I made a booking,he has the nerve to say to me that they have people come and say they made a booking when they dont, spoke to me in a very rude manner and very disrespectful, Never goin there again.YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS BIG TIME. SERIOULY consider how you treat people might help you go a long way , wonder how he was employed and how this behaviour is acceptable to his management, disgraceful
