Injury on casino floor

I visited Monte casino on the 7th of December I was playing ****s. At approximately 7:55pm I had went to close the rope because it was left open on my way back of crossing the rope I had tripped but I didn’t fall I managed to regain balance. I come from a health and safety background so I know that the rope laying down would be a tripping hazard not realizing that I would be a victim of a trip on the rope. So I went to the paramedics to take medication and pain****ers thinking I will be fine. The security had come out to confirm where this had taken place and I showed him and he had taken photographs. I thought I’d be fine after taking the pain ****ers. But yesterday when I woke up I was in excruciating pain and till now I am in pain with the pain running down my right leg with an absolutely sore back And can’t move. I’m stuck in bed and can’t function. I followed up with the security this morning who said they can’t seem to find any footage of this incident. Now I’m left here in pain and Monte casino security staff are saying this incident didn’t occur. And that I must now lodge a complaint with the guest relations department who will be able to help me further I’ve sent an email but haven’t even received a response. Monte casino haven’t even offered to send me to a dr and are not even worried about my well being yet I’m there on a daily basis. I have contacted an attorney whom advised they are liable for the medical bills irrespective of whether there is footage available or not as they were well aware of the incident when it had occurred.Instead of telling me to go to a dr immediately or a hospital they chose to do otherwise and told me they would get back to me.They are glad to take your money but don’t want to accept any responsibility for the patrons whom they invite to their venue. Now they don’t want to take responsibility and don’t even want to hand over the footage of which they saying can’t be verified. I’m in pain and I can’t function because they aren’t interested in assisting me in anyway.
