*********** and Unapologetic

<p>New Years day is generally a fun time to go out and visit and we decided on our favourite spot, 3sixty. Little did we realise that it woild be such a distrastrous experience.</p> <p>We waited 15mins before being served; ordered drinks and meals finally but then had to wait 30mins to receive it but was a plate of chips short. And trust me, the place was not even half full.</p> <p>After we got our drinks and meals, which i admit were quite good, we never saw our waiter again or had anyone else assist us. An hour later and finally we get someone who also gives us the chips at that hour and I ask for the manager. He gives me the generic apology and then ignores me to chat and finger sign some other person; completey uninterested and unapologetic telling me i should understand and it's not their fault. I ask for the bill, and the manager walks away rather busy with life, and the waiter returns and I ask for an apology and he stands and smiles at me...and does nothing else. Not even a thank you, or please come back. What a sour end to our New Year.</p> <p>Jack (Manager) and Raymond (Waiter) you guys made 3sixty a joke for us regular patrons. No special treatment needed; just good customer service would have been nice.</p>
