Hotel Perte Monticasino Fourways

Hotel Perte in Monticasino was shocking and DISAPPOINTING. The price per night is over R1000. We had booked initially for 4 nights. However when we stayed over for the first night we experienced unhygienic and poor quality service. The price of the room does not match the quality they give you.

We booked a family room which had double beds. Firstly as you sat on the bed they both squeaked and the springs on the mattress was out. It was even over lapping the base as it was too small. HORRIBLE SLEEP.

Secondly, the shower drain was clogged and a whole bunch of dirt was sitting on the shower floor. The sink was brown and stained on the sides and the shower floor was also stained. VERY Unhygienic.

Thirdly, the plug points in the room was not working neither was the aircorn. And when the aircorn was on and someone was in the bathroom the smell came directly through the aircorn.

The space of the room was very tiny for a family room and there was no space to put our luggage.

This is NOT a 4/5 star hotel experience. It was a 1 star experience. Horrible rooms.
