Highly Disappointing Restaurant

Our experience from the beginning at Billy G Montecasino was HIGHLY disappointing .

1st - We made a reservation for 1 PM and we waited in a que until about 2 , we were then only taken to our table , customers who had not made reservations were seated sooner than we were .

Secondly- we noticed that the food had become less and less and we had only eaten our starters . We then asked when more food would be coming out and we were told in about 10 mins; we should just wait & so we did .. after 30 minutes of waiting we went back and food was being taken away and the area was being cleaned . The buffet was then CLOSED! We paid R210 a person and got to eat salad , besides for that it was a birthday celebration that was ruined .

Thirdly - We were promised that a manger / supervisor would get back to us today and well, obviously, no one did.

Overall , I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody looking to enjoy themselves .
