Great service received from Movies @ Montecasino manager

I would just like to acknowledge the fantastic service I have received from Movies @ Montecasino management, particularly a Manager named David. There has been two incidences he has assisted me, namely:

1. I had booked movie tickets but was unable to attend due to personal reasons. I had sent an email to inform them of my cancellation and requesting a refund on the day of the movie, however, I had an incorrect email address and could not get ahold of them on the phone. I called Montecasino a few days later and informed David of the situation, David without hesitation offered me a Montecasino movie voucher which I then picked up later on that day.

2. I was attempting to book pre-screening tickets online but was having trouble with the system. Once again I called and David had answered my call. He informed me that the IT guys will have a look into the matter and he will revert back to me with answers. At the end of the day the issue was not resolved so David called to inform me and asked me to give them till tomorrow to resolve the issue, however, if it i s not resolved by then he will reserve tickets for me. The next morning at 08h30 I received a ca ll from David informing me that the issue has been resolved and I can book my tickets now.

I am immensely happy with the service I received from David and would just like to thank him for taking pride in his job. It is much appreciated.
