Floor management

<p>I was at Monte casino on the 3rd June 2017 at around 23:05 gambling on a machine that had my MVG card in it. I stepped out of my machine for less than 5 - 10 minutes, and a lady just comes and sits where I was playing. I come to my machine to tell her that I went to fetch money and then this lady said i was giving her attitude and then she removes my card from the machine, without my permission or an attendant. I called for management to assist and according to them they couldn't just because I didn't inform an attendant that I'm just getting money. Apparently the management couldn't tell the lady to move as she just starting playing on a machine that I had my card in. So according to my understanding, if I see anyones Card in a machine and if they are not at their machine or maybe stepped to the toilet or whatever the case is, I can remove their card and just play there.</p>
