You deserve -100 for this I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your customer service. Despite numerous calls and emails, I have received no response. The promised improvement in communication after a previous apology has not materialized. Additionally, the inconvenience of being instructed to call, only to face continuous ringing, is frustrating. This experience has turned my interactions with your establishment into a nightmare.
