Extreme Disappointment with Monte Casino

I am a frequent black card holder at Monte Casino, I enjoy the slots and the tables. Today I played the slots and after my win I decided to cash out, my card would not eject from the slot so I pressed the LCD display a little harder hoping that it will allow me to cash my player card out, unfortunately the LCD screen cracked. When I asked the attendant to assist me, it took quite some time and then I was told I will be taken to an interview room to be interviewed how this happen so I went along and explained and the footage clearly showed that the machine will not allow me to cash out and when I pressed the LCD a little harder it cracked, unfortunately the manger did not what to hear anything but insisted I have to pay R1500 for the damage. As an extreme loyal customer this was not taken into account and it clearly demonstrated that locality means nothing to Monte casino. I will never ever play their slots ever again.
