Excellent Service

Booked tickets in the wrong time slot by accident.<br> Phoned and Ryan, the manager, answered within 2 rings.<br> I explained that we bought the wrong time slot.<br> He said he'd do a refund.<br> He said he'd call back.<br> <br> Ryan phoned back within 5 minutes.<br> Within less than a minute, the tickets were refunded and Ryan also booked the correct tickets for us while on the phone.<br> <br> Very happy with the service.<br> I did not expect to get good service.<br> And I didn't know whether an exchange would even be possible.<br> Especially to be done conveniently over the phone.<br> <br> Ryan is very professional and a pleasure to deal with.<br> <br> Regard<br> Tim
