Excellent Customer Service

We booked accommodation online for the Sun Square hotel at Monte Casino. On arrival, we were told that the hotel has been closed down and was referred to the manager, Deon Prinsloo at the Palatzo hotel, who would advised us what to do. After hearing our story, Deon told us not to worry and will accommodate us at the Palatzo hotel at no further costs to us. The Palatzo was twice the rate of the Sun Square hotel. I want to commend Deon on his patience, professionalism and his quick recovery on what would have been a very disappointing weekend. The service industry needs more people like Deon. Thank you Deon. You're a star!
