Employees ***** and nothing is being done I went to Palozzo for drinks with a friend,accidentally forget a pair of sunglasses on the table. I got home called the hotel and was told they have them and I can come in the next day to get them.

When I went the following day, the story has changed, sunglasses are missing, palazzo has no explanation and 5 days later I’m still waiting the outcome of their investigation.

Very disgruntled
