Embarressing surprise party

<p>I arranged a surprise 85th birthday party for my father. After making a booking and advising that he is in a wheelchair, a table was reserved on the mezzanine level, so a new table had to be found. We were then seated at the kitchen door. The staff were dropping plates and wearing torn clothes. I even got to see one lady's bra... then the food.... most of the hot food was cold, the crab salad was still frozen, the pudding tasted like the detergent in which the dishes were washed. I was totally horrified... and the ladies toilet was not working nor cleaned... This was the first time I had been to the Silver Star Casino branch, and I would never recommend it.</p>
