Disgusting Spoilt Food

As being a food ***** and chef my wife and I visited the Golf Reef City branch. The food was Disgusting!!!

1stly all the plates was wet and placed for people to take one which needed to be wiped down by the customers before the food could be dished.

There were no labels as to what food is prepared and the servers dishing the food are so rude especially when they were asked what food is what.

"The creamy garlic mussels" the sauce had a burnt taste and the mussels was like rubber. As if it had been prepared weeks earlier and just re heated. Worst mussels i have ever tasted in my Life.

The chicken Pizza tasted like raw chicken on bread, dry with no sauce.

The roast beef and pork was supposed to be sliced as per request by the customer but it had already been sliced before people started dishing. The meat was hard as a rock and could not even be sliced with the knife. This is just few of the disasters that was prepared.

I very politely asked to speak to a manager to advise him of the mishaps. I was told that the chef will Come out and explain only to be sitting over half hour without the chef or manager seeing to us.

Obviously still hungry i told my wife lets have a dessert to quench our hunger only to be having "fresh trifle" thrown on to a plate by a server. The trifle was spoilt!!!!

The mulva pudding that was requested by my wife was taken out the fridge, yes out the fridge covered in cling wrap.

The staff, yhe chef and the managers have no remorse for their customers. You paying R210 per person expecting to have atleast friendly people greet you but this certainly was not nt the case. I will never recommend to eat at this place again!!!! Just a pity Hellopeter does not have a 0 stars Option
