Disgustin HUGE smashed dead Flie in marinated meat

Firstly i love my food and in my opinion Billy G restaurant serves the great food around JHB. Were on the other hand it has unrealistic Managers running the restaurant. its like our 2nd home. we went on a date with hubby 17/02/2015. i found a huge green disgusting flie in the serving bowl of marinated RIBS. i almost puked thinking i had just eaten them and was going for my 2nd. OK lets just say its a mistake! upon confrontation with regards, the ladies working in the kitchen i received no apology but rather an answer that its just a flie and they removed it. I went to Raymond who is the restaurant manager EXTREMELY rude and ********* one, who told me he couldn't take responsibility of his staff behavior and response to such, he called upon a chef whilst he ate his food rudely telling me i'm over reacting. Billy G's one Raymond treated me like a nobody/beggar when i had paid. The worst of it all is that the same ribs where served and were not thrown away. He set at reception like BOSS laughing at us as we walked out and never took responsibility. one of the waitresses apologized about this and confirmed that Raymond as an attitude issue and always fights with customers.
