Disappointed

I called in the make my booking for the birthday celebration only to find that the restaurant is not opening on the day of the birthday, the lady who answered my call told me that I forfeited the birthday special as the restaurant is closed on that day. The call center agents don't even identify themselves you have to asked who are talking too.

Why should it be guests fault if they are close, can't they offer another day for you to come? I'm so disappointed with their service.
