Cross contamination of food, food poisoning

Aside from the obvious lack of interest from staff, the quality of the food is appalling, The food was mostly raw, and I say this boldly knowing that there was contamination. My anger stems from the fact that I did my in-service training with then" Southern Sun", our family has been going to this establishment since it was called Tuscany Buffet. Managment needs to change the way food is being prepared these are peoples lives you are toying with. rest assured I will make sure the correct action is taken.
