Contract on my name

Someone opened a Contract account using my name, Funny enough I was not even around that time, I was in Dubai..When I query it with Mbiles plus and MTN they are sending me around..I have asked them to give me a copy of my ID that was used they cant give me that information. This is messing with my credit score
