Complain - such bad service

21-10-18 I visited Montecasino and my child lost her shoe . On the 22 -10-18 I drove from Midrand to montecasino yo look for the shoe. I went to the last spot were I took it off, the place water fountain but the restaurant and it was not there and only found a baby Vaseline which I had also left it there. I went to the lost and found department to check if the was anything. The lady that was there Grace did not even show empathy that I had lost something, did not even bother to go through the staff on her table to check for the shoe,did not even bother to take my details in case she finds the shoe instead she counting with her conversation with her colleague and doing her admin. She had the nerve to tell me that if the shoe was wet ,which it was it would have been thrown away ,like seriously,I drove to look for this shoe and your staff has the comfort that my baby shoe has a huge possibility to be thrown away. I had to request the contacts so I could check later.Your staff has shown no empathy in my stressful moments and if this is how you represent service ,it has been the poorest I have ever received.
