Card downgraded

Just been informed that my card has been downgraded because I didn't earn enough points in the last year (translation - they didn't make enough money of me). Considering COVID and that they were closed for the best part of 2-3 months, and the experience is currently not good. Good time to go there less. They are shooting themselves in the foot.
