Car break in

I parked my car at Monte in the early evening of Friday the 20th. My locked car got broken into and my belongings were ******. The car guard monitoring the section where I was parked was not patrolling the area and the manager as well as the supervisor basically told me that there’s nothing they could do and that I can only view the camera footage in the presence of a police officer. They were no help at all and seemed not to care.
