buffet blues

Went to this establishment yesterday to celebrate a friends birthday, we paid in advance as it was a large booking, much to our surprise most of the food items were not replenished, their ribs were almost purple in colour and the meat was tough, the shrimp was overcooked. We had to wait for a long time for them to replenish some of the food items. the buffet area was dirty, spilled food everywhere. We had to remind the waiter several times about our drinks order before we received them, overall a dismal experience.
