Bring back the old Billy G's Montecasino

The service is no longer the same, you spend almost an hour in the queqe waiting to get inside. I missed my favourite meal on my birthday because of the way they attend to you so slow, too many excuses of being offered your loyalty discounts. I went back again as I had recommended the place for a friend's birthday, the food was just cold, my reservation table was already taken, I remember laying a complaint and the manager telling Me He hears such all the time. Was offered a bottle of wine for losing my table as an apology and that never happened.Please we need our old Billy G's Montecasino back. It's going to take a while before we go back there. I went with close to 20 people on my birthday and almost 10 on my frend's bthday that was a lot of money to waste especially on food that felt like left overs. It was a very disappointing experience on both occasions in a space of a few weeks inbetween
