Black card benefits my foot

<p>My husbands birthday was on the 11 July 2017. Monte gave him a free night at a hotel. We go today to print voucher and it's gone. So we go to the prive desk and the lady gives us some bulls hit story about how it must be printed within the same month. So I get home and check the SMS and it says within 30 days. Today being the 30th day. Nice one Monte!!! What's the point of keeping up a black card status</p> <p> </p>
